How To Order
An account must be created and you must be logged in to that account in order to place orders with us.
- We do not take phone orders as we cannot accept credit card payment information verbally.
- All orders must be placed through our secure online store.
If you are sure that you created an account on our online store after February 2019, you may try to Reset Your Password.
- Signing up for our email newsletter is not the same as account registration.
STEP 1 - ACCOUNT CREATION
At the top right corner of the KRISS USA Store web page, locate and navigate to "My Account".
Click on "Register". On the Account Creation page, provide all of the information that is requested, then click on Create Account.
- We highly recommend creating a secure password.
- We do not recommend using a password you have used before.
STEP 2 - STORE NAVIGATION
Navigate our online store and find the products you want to buy. For example, if you are looking for magazines, select and click on "Magazines" in the top light-grey bar. You can also select more specific categories.
Click on the item that you are interested in purchasing. In this example, our MagEx2 magazine extension kit for factory Glock magazines is highlighted.
STEP 3 - ADDING PRODUCTS TO YOUR CART
Select any product options if required, select how many of the item you wish to order, then click on the Add to Cart button.
- Be sure to read the product description carefully. There may be important information about the item, such as information regarding fitment, compatibility, product dimensions, and/or important legal information.
After you click on Add to Cart, a message will come up as the example above.
If you are sure there is nothing else you wish to purchase:
- Click on "Proceed to checkout"
If you are not yet done shopping:
- Click on "Continue Shopping"
If you need to make changes to your cart, such as adjusting quantity or removing items from your cart:
- Click on "View or edit your cart"
Be sure that you are done adding items to your cart before you proceed with Checkout. KRISS USA will not "combine" two or more orders together, nor are we able to add items to your existing order once it has been placed.
STEP 4 - THE CHECKOUT PROCESS
If you have a Coupon Code, Promotional Code, or Gift Certificate:
- Click on the words "Coupon/Gift Certificate"
- Type in your code in the text input box.
- Click the "APPLY" button.
- Visually confirm that the code was accepted and applied to your order.

KRISS USA will not retroactively apply any promotional codes or coupon codes should you neglect to properly enter any promotional codes or coupon codes during the checkout process.
Enter your preferred delivery address under Shipping.
- ENSURE THAT YOU CORRECTLY ENTER YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
- If there is an Apartment number or Suite number, do not forget to enter this information.
- If your order is to ship by UPS, do not enter a PO Box.
If the billing address of the credit card/debit card you are using is exactly the same as your shipping address:
- Check the box for "My billing address is the same as my shipping address."
If the billing address of the credit card/debit card you are using is not the same as your shipping address:
- Uncheck the checkbox for "My billing address is the same as my shipping address."
- Enter your Billing Address in the Billing section.
Ordering will result in an error if the Billing Address you enter does not match the address on file with your card issuer. You must make sure the information you enter is correct and accurate before completing your order.
Select your shipping method and then click Continue.
Selecting an expedited shipping service does not guarantee same day or next day processing and shipment. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.
Enter your credit card information as requested, then click on the "PLACE ORDER" button.
You are done! You will receive an email from our system confirming your order. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive an email from our system with your order tracking information.
If there are any errors after you click on "PLACE ORDER", there are typically one of two reasons:
- The Billing Address you entered does not match exactly with the address on file with your card issuer. Review your Billing Address, make any necessary corrections, and try your order again.
- Your bank or card issuer has blocked your transaction. Please contact your bank or card issuer directly.
